Scope & Content This is a 1948 first day cover envelope and stamp, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Rough Riders in the Cuban Campaign. There is a drawing of a Rough Rider on the left side and the stamp also has a Rough Rider on it. "E.M. McCullough Corning, Ohio," is written in pencil on the lower, left-hand side of the envelope. There is a received stamp on the back.
